Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that an artwork is damaged during transport, and the damage is confirmed by the courier or the insurance company, I will replace the artwork with a new one at no additional cost to you.

Claims

All claims must be reported immediately upon delivery and supported with photos and/or video documentation so that an insurance report can be filed.
