Neutral & Minimalist Wall Art

Minimalism with depth

Neutral wall art is often flat. These pieces are not. Each painting is built up by hand in layers of texture until light and shadow become the image itself. In the morning the surface looks soft and pale; in the evening, low light draws out every ridge and fold. The palette stays calm — cream, ivory, warm beige, soft grey — while the surface keeps changing.

Scandinavian roots

Martina Braun works from her studio in Sweden, and the Nordic tradition of restraint runs through every piece: few colours, honest materials, and room to breathe. The result is minimalist wall art that feels warm rather than cold, and works as naturally in a bright Scandinavian living room as in a hotel lobby or a modern townhouse.

Original, not print

Every work here is one of a kind. You can feel the texture under your fingertips, and no two pieces are ever the same. Each is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity — something a printed canvas cannot offer.

Choosing the right piece

Above a sofa, a piece around two-thirds of the sofa's width usually feels balanced. In a hallway or stairwell, a tall format draws the eye upward. Use "View on your wall" on any artwork page, or book a free consultation to see the piece rendered in your own room.

Frequently asked questions

What sizes are available?

Most works range from around 80 cm to over 170 cm on the long side. Every artwork page lists exact dimensions in centimetres and inches, and any piece can be commissioned in a custom size.

Are these prints?

No. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original, sculpted by hand in Sweden and signed with a certificate of authenticity.

Do you ship outside Sweden?

Yes, worldwide — in a custom wooden crate, insured and tracked door to door.

Can I see how a piece looks in my room first?

Yes. Send a photo of your room through the free consultation and you will receive renders with the artwork in place.
