Cream Imperial

Ultra thick texture paste

The Cream

The material behind every Cream Imperial artwork — the paste Martina developed in her own studio, and the reason her work can hold shadow and movement the way it does.

The Cream — 10 L tin of ultra thick texture paint, batch 1

Batch 01

Years to find the right recipe.

It took a long time to develop the formula for The Cream and get the consistency just right. The biggest challenge was creating a paste that holds its sculptural shape without cracking, shrinking or losing volume as it dries.

What Martina loves most is how free and creative you can be with it. You can build shapes, explore movement and follow an idea without planning everything in advance. Playing with the material has become a joyful part of the practice.

Why it's different

Thick enough to sculpt.

Holds its shape

Peaks, ridges and movement stay exactly as you left them. The Cream dries without shrinking or losing volume.

Doesn't crack

The hardest part to solve, and the reason it took years to get right: thickness without cracking as it dries.

The thickest there is

The absolute thickest texture paste you can find on the market — built to be sculpted, not spread thin.

Acrylic-based

The Cream is acrylic-based. Once it is fully dry it cures to a rubbery surface that is even easy to wipe clean.

Built to last

That flexible, wipe-clean finish keeps the work looking the way it did the day you made it.
